When Fine Point Inspection arrives to inspect the property, your inspector will inspect all of the following areas:

Termite and Wood Boring Insects
Lots and Grounds
Exterior Surfaces and Components
Roof
Garage
Electrical
Structural
Attic
Basement/Crawl Space
Central A/C
Heating System
Plumbing
Kitchens and Baths
Bedrooms and Living Spaces

The inspection itself will take anywhere from two to three hours. Your report, which will be ready within 24 hours, will include information such as:

The components of the home, identified with make, model, and serial numbers, where available, and visible
Defects in the home, or components of the home

All test results will be mailed to you directly. In addition, we can fax results upon receipt to us.

Our inspectors are well trained, well equipped, and they show up with more than just a flashlight in hand. Our equipment includes moisture meters, electrical testers, flow meters, carbon monoxide testers, gas analyzers, cameras, underwater cameras, and infrared heat sensors. While much of this equipment is used in the standard inspection, some, such as infrared technology and underwater camera is available at an extra fee.
